We collect your email address when you sign up for the Flavor Lovers list. You may also provide your first name and birth month and day — both are optional.
We do not collect payment information, physical addresses, or any other personal data through this website.
How we use your information
We use your email address to send you weekly specials, holiday hours, and occasional news about the shop. If you share your birthday, we may send a small birthday greeting around that time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Email service provider
We use Moosend to manage our email list and send messages. Your email address and any optional fields you provide are stored in Moosend on our behalf. Moosend's own privacy practices are described in their Privacy Policy.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also update or remove your preferences at any time at feedattheseed.com/flavor-lovers/preferences.
Cookies and analytics
We use Matomo, a self-hosted analytics platform, to understand how visitors use this site. Matomo collects standard web analytics data — pages visited, time on site, browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This data is stored on our own analytics server and is not shared with third parties.
Matomo sets two cookies to distinguish unique visits: a persistent cookie (_pk_id, kept for up to 13 months) and a session cookie (_pk_ses, which expires when you close your browser). If you prefer not to be tracked, you can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site works fully without them.
Standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) are also retained briefly for security and diagnostic purposes.
Children's privacy
This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
